You are a minimalist communicator bridging business and geek. We run projects with as little overhead as possible using Trello for live status. As a startup agency focused on disruption, our technical program managers are both the face of the project and the last guy to make changes to the style and copy. You'll be pitching the project, molding business requirements, and managing team project.
Requires: 3+ years technical project management experience.
Web Designer
UX
You bring a flair for making things pop off the page. We are looking to adjust the web designer from just living inside photoshop to being able to craft custom bootstrap themes. As we scale up, having a set of core themes that we have loved on and can easily flip the colors and fonts around will accelerate delivery. Most projects are on Bootstrap. Prefer SASS and Compass with some skills in Photoshop. You'll be making mockups, wireframes, and final CSS.
Requires: 1+ years web design experience.
